Chase Baird

Chase Baird has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Chase started their career in 2020 as an IT Specialist at RISE, where they provided support for Active Directory, network configuration, and troubleshooting. Additionally, they effectively communicated with clients and customers to ensure efficient process management. In 2021, Chase worked as an IT Support Specialist II at Unicity International, where they gained experience in Active Directory support, server management, and network support. Chase also updated and created clear documentation for previous and current issues. In 2017, they worked as a Validation Specialist at DigiCert, Inc., where they provided customer support in English and French, responding to inquiries and ensuring data accuracy. Chase also worked as an IT Engineer Contractor at Aubergine Kitchen from 2019 to 2022, where they provided network and server setup, technical support, and managed GSuite resources. In 2022, they joined Serenity Healthcare as a Jr. System Administrator, where they installed network hardware, maintained the network, and ensured security coverage with the installation and maintenance of security cameras. Currently, Chase is working as an IT Project Manager at i.t.NOW since 2023.
