Narmatha Ravinthiran

Narmatha Ravinthiran has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Narmatha currently holds the position of Head of People at KKA Partners, a role they started in June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at i2x, where they held several roles including Director of People and Organization, HR Business Partner, and People and Culture Manager, from April 2022 to the present.

Before joining i2x, Narmatha worked as an HR Manager at finleap from February 2018 to March 2020. Narmatha also served as an HR Manager and Recruiting Manager at junokai Gmbh from July 2017 to February 2018.

In addition, Narmatha has experience in recruitment and coordination. Narmatha worked as a Recruiter & Coordination Manager (HR) at BOOK A TIGER from September 2016 to June 2017 and as an Operational Excellence professional at eBay from February 2016 to September 2016.

Earlier in their career, Narmatha worked as a Frontliner at IKEA Group from June 2015 to January 2016, and they completed their Bachelor thesis at PricewaterhouseCoopers - Service Delivery Center (PwC SDC) from March 2015 to July 2015. Narmatha also gained experience as a working student in customer service roles at Takeaway.com from September 2014 to March 2015, and at DailyDeal GmbH from August 2011 to February 2012.

Narmatha Ravinthiran attended the Berlin University of Applied Sciences Berlin (BHT) from 2010 to 2015. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaft dual system.
