Role 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Overall responsibility for the delivery of the product to meet the business goals and long term strategy
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Translate product strategy and customer needs into detailed requirements and proof of concepts
  • Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact
  • Work closely with the product team to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Work closely with internal and external domain experts and solutions architects to ensure that the product features are fully understood and suitable for the global market (or tailored for a specific region where necessary)
  • Motivate the multi disciplined Product Team to Define, Design, Build, Test and Deploy features that add value to our customers operation while meeting the business objectives of i6
  • Work closely with the development partners / customers to understand requirements and control and manage project scope within the business goals/strategy
  • Drive product launches, including working with the sales & marketing team, executives, and other product management team members as necessary including product demos and proposals
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
  • Customer Interface (advised by Domain expert / SA where necessary) to analyse customer/user needs, current market trends and potential partnerships from an ROI perspective
  • Product performance and usage monitoring
  • Overall responsibility for all product documentation (e.g. product specifications, white papers, case studies, user guides, support documentation)
  • Responsible for the generation of product feature list and roadmap in line with business goals.
  • Provide a consistent Product Management practice and culture to:
    • Collect & prioritise stakeholder needs

    • Identify market opportunities

    • Define roadmaps & release plans

    • Launch our products

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders

    • Communicate product and release plans

Person 

  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful SaaS+ product throughout its lifecycle

  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job

  • Skilled at working, leading and inspiring our cross functional teams in a matrix organisation

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of office safety and general workplace safety.

  • Additional training in tablet repairs

  • An awareness of the data that will be handled including company data, customer information and other 3rd party data and its suitable protection.
