Preethi Y

Preethi Y has a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition. Preethi started their career in 2008 as an IT Recruiter at Weidbee Software Pvt Ltd, where they sourced resumes, scheduled interviews, and followed up with team members and clients. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as an Associate Recruitment at Verinon, handling end-to-end hiring and maintaining a database of potential candidates. Preethi then joined VLS Systems Inc as a Recruitment Consultant, responsible for maintaining candidate and employee records, sourcing potential candidates, and conducting interviews. Preethi Y continued their recruitment career at Nexwave Talent Management Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Recruitment Specialist, where they handled the complete recruitment life cycle and managed client relationships. Preethi later worked as a Technical Recruiter at Verinon, before joining i95Dev as an Information Technology Recruiter in 2019. Currently, Preethi Y holds the position of Talent Engineer-Lead at Enterprise Minds, Inc, a role they started in 2022.
