Brian Williams

EVP, Customer Success at iA

Brian Williams has been working in the customer success field for many years. Brian currently holds the position of EVP at iA, but they have also worked with McKesson in the past. At McKesson, they were the Vice President of Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies. In this role, they managed a team of over 180 resources and was responsible for developing budgets and financial plans. Brian was also responsible for increasing call center operational margins by 8%. Brian has proven himself to be a successful leader and negotiator, and has built strong relationships with different business units to create a broad portfolio of services. Brian is an expert in their field, and has demonstrated their ability to meet FDA regulatory requirements and maintain quality standards. Brian is committed to ensuring that customer expectations are met, and that revenue goals are attained.

Brian Williams has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Iowa State University. Brian is currently working as an engineer for a company that manufactures aircraft engines.

They work with Dionne Archie Thomas-Harper - Chief People Officer, Tim Canning - Chief Revenue Officer, and Ron Rosich - EVP, Process Improvement. Brian Williams reports to Marvin Richardson, CEO.
