Tyler Worthington

Tyler Worthington currently serves as a Human Resources Assistant at IAAPA, contributing significantly to the global HR team by supporting operations, facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes, and managing ancillary benefits. Prior experience includes working as a National Recruiter at Jackson Nurse Professionals, where a proactive approach to talent acquisition was implemented while providing candidates with industry knowledge and educational tools. Tyler also held roles as a Logistics Coordinator at Propak Corporation, an HR Intern at GratSee, and a Customer Service Representative at Tresta. Tyler is pursuing a Juris Master in Employment Law & HR Risk Management at Florida State University College of Law, expected to be completed in May 2025, after earning a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Florida State University in 2019.
