Jasmine Baluja

Jasmine Baluja is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Manager - Human Resources at Population Services International India since October 2022, Jasmine previously held the position of Assistant Manager Human Resources and worked as a Human Resources Associate at India HIV/AIDS Alliance from September 2019 to October 2022. Earlier roles include HR Executive at DIAMOND RETAIL MART PRIVATE LIMITED from March 2018 to July 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing the recruitment and selection process as well as candidate sourcing and validation. Jasmine holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce with honors in Accounting and Finance from Delhi University.
