Flora Ruffin

Flora Ruffin has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Flora started their career as an Auditor at PwC Luxembourg, where they worked for two years. Flora then moved to Societe Generale as a Financial Accountant for two years. Following that, they joined British Airways as an Operations Financial Analyst, and later became a Finance Business Partner, managing a profit center generating £1bn revenue. Flora then worked at International Airlines Group (IAG) as a Finance Business Partner, leading the 5-year business planning process for the Group. After that, they worked at Marks and Spencer as a Senior Finance Manager, leading monthly consolidated reporting and partnering with business units to optimize operating profit. Flora'smost recent role is with IAG Cargo as the Head of Business Planning, Strategy, and Reporting, where they lead the forecasting process, provides financial analysis, and manages a team of 6.

Flora Ruffin is an executive MBA candidate at Imperial College Business School from 2022 to 2024. Flora holds a master's degree from NEOMA Business School, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they earned a DiplomKauffrau from European University Viadrina during the academic year 2005-2006. Prior to their higher education, Flora completed their A-Levels at Lycee Pierre Bayen, specializing in Sciences and Mathematics (Baccalauréat S), with an end year of 2000.

In terms of certifications, Flora completed the Applied Data Science Bootcamp from Cambridge Spark in September 2020. Flora also obtained the ACCA qualification as an accountant in June 2009 from ACCA.
