Syed Waseem has extensive experience in customer service and cargo operations, currently serving as the Cargo Customer Service Manager for Dammam and Riyadh at IAG Cargo since April 2018. Prior to this role, Syed held various positions at British Airways from 2007 to April 2018, including Senior Customer Service Executive and Customer Service Executive, focusing on cargo operations and customer service for Riyadh and Dammam. Syed completed Class 10 at Florence Public School from 1994 to 1997 and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (PGDMM) at Mounts Evening College since 2005.
