Vivian Ongoma

Vivian Ongoma has extensive experience in the aviation and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative in Reservations at IAG Cargo since January 2017. Prior to this role, Vivian worked as a Flight Coordinator at Skyplan Services Dubai from September 2013 to May 2015, specializing in international trip planning. Vivian also gained valuable experience as a Flight Dispatcher at Jetlink Express Limited from October 2009 to November 2012, where responsibilities included flight planning, mass and balance, monitoring, tracking, and collaborating with captains on operational considerations. Vivian holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Moi University (2005 - 2009) and has received training at the Kenya School of Flying.
