Anna McHugh

Anna McHugh is an experienced recruitment professional with over two decades in the industry. Currently serving as a Contact Centre Team Leader and Talent Acquisition Business Partner at IAG New Zealand since March 2011, Anna specializes in recruiting for a variety of roles across the South Island for multiple brands, including claims consultants, analysts, and managers. Prior to IAG, Anna worked at Kelly Services (NZ) Ltd from November 2003 to March 2011 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, where extensive collaboration with the Telecom group and management of large-scale recruitment projects were key responsibilities. Anna began her career as an Assistant Project Manager at CPG, providing recruitment and HR solutions to various government departments. Anna holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations from Massey University.
