Lauren O'Donnell

Lauren O'Donnell is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and customer service across various sectors. Currently serving as the Contact Centre Team Leader at Queensland Urban Utilities since January 2018, Lauren oversees operations for a major water distributor-retailer in South East Queensland. Prior experience includes a role as Team Leader at the Residential Tenancies Authority, where direct management of a team of 20 staff was a key responsibility. Previously, Lauren held multiple positions at Shine Lawyers from July 2007 to March 2017, including New Client Team Manager, responsible for supervising and training a team while ensuring client inquiries were effectively managed. Lauren began a career in administration and customer service as a receptionist at David Leddy & Associates from February 2005 to February 2006. Educationally, Lauren completed a High School Certificate at Carey Baptist Grammar in 2003.
