Pravesh Balaram is a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience across multiple organizations, including IAG, ASB Bank, Suncorp New Zealand, and AIA NZ, since 2019. Pravesh specializes in understanding and documenting business requirements, translating them into User Stories, and ensuring effective solutions are implemented through structured processes and strong stakeholder engagement. With a background in facilitating workshops, performing data modeling, and managing project lifecycles, Pravesh has consistently demonstrated expertise in bridging business needs with technical solutions. Pravesh holds a Diploma in Business Analysis from the Faculty Training Institute, alongside PRINCE2® and MSP® certifications, and is currently pursuing the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation.
