Varun Sethi is an experienced Delivery Lead with a strong background in agile project management and team empowerment. Currently at IAG since February 2021, Varun previously held significant roles at Suncorp Group and Wipro Limited, focusing on creating engaged team environments and managing complex regulatory requirements. Varun's expertise includes leading distributed agile teams, delivering large-scale projects, and technical leadership in mainframe solutions. Varun holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology from Guru Nanak Dev University.
