Lucy Bailey McIps

Lucy Bailey MCIPS has extensive experience in software procurement, currently serving as the Head of Category for Software Procurement at International Airlines Group (IAG) since May 2020. Prior to this role, Lucy held various positions at Rolls-Royce Group Plc, including Global Category Manager for Software, where management of a £70m annual spend and strategic vendor relationships with companies like Microsoft, SAP, Siemens, and Oracle were key responsibilities. Lucy's career at Rolls-Royce also included roles as IT Procurement Manager and IT Contract Buyer, beginning in 2006. Educationally, Lucy holds a degree in CIPS and an MCIPS from the University of Derby, complemented by studies at Croesyceiliog.
