Nicola Smith

Nicola Smith is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the People & Culture Director at IAM RoadSmart since December 2017. In this role, Nicola is part of the Executive Team, reporting to the Chief Executive, and is responsible for the development and operational delivery of the organization's People & Culture strategy aligned with its mission, vision, and values. Prior to this, Nicola held various HR roles at MBDA from April 2003 to December 2017, including Talent Manager UK, where strategic talent management initiatives were defined and implemented for a workforce of 3,000 employees. Other relevant experience includes HR positions at Nortel Networks, Marconi, and KPMG UK. Nicola Smith holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Lancaster University.
