Stu Covey

Stu Covey has extensive experience in mill operations and supervisory roles within the mining industry. Currently employed in mill operations at IAMGOLD Corporation since August 2023, Stu previously held various positions including Mill Operations Supervisor at Newcrest Mining and Process Control Supervisor at North American Palladium Ltd. Over the years, Stu has demonstrated leadership as a mill foreman at multiple companies, managing crews of varying sizes. Prior to returning to the workforce, a period of enjoyment was spent from August 2022 to March 2023 in semi-retirement. Educational background includes attendance at City Park Collegiate.
