Kelly Stillman

Kelly Stillman is currently the Head Of Operations at iamproperty & iamsold. In this role, Kelly provides leadership to a team of 300 employees and ensures that business objectives are met, compliance is maintained, and budgets are adhered to. Prior to this, Kelly worked at McCarthy Stone as the Head of National Part Exchange, where Kelly managed a £100m facility and implemented strategies to improve commercial outcomes. Kelly has experience in sales negotiation, progression, and administration from their time at Sequence UK Ltd and SOLAR FUSION LTD. Kelly completed their education at Highcliffe Comprehensive School.
