Nicola Sharp

Nicola Sharp has extensive work experience in human resources and people management. Nicola is currently the Chief People Officer at iamproperty since February 2023, responsible for overseeing the company's human resources strategy. Prior to that, they served as the Director of People at iamproperty from May 2021 to February 2023, and as the Head of People from January 2019 to May 2021.

Before joining iamproperty, Nicola worked at Ubisoft Reflections as the HR Director from September 2013 to February 2018. Nicola also held the position of HR Manager at Reflections, a Ubisoft Studio, from September 2013 to April 2015.

Additionally, Nicola has experience as an HR Business Partner at Sanofi from March 2012 to August 2013, where they led a 2-year Outplacement Programme for all 400 employees, providing support for their transition to alternative employment.

Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Home Group Ltd from February 2011 to March 2012, where they supported the organization in providing affordable and supported housing, as well as care and support services.

Nicola also held the role of HR Projects Consultant at Sitel Ltd from November 2010 to February 2011. Nicola worked on harmonization activities following a company merger and was responsible for the consolidation of legal entities and the development of a central information repository.

Nicola began their career as an HR Manager at Technology Services Group Limited from June 2006 to November 2009, where they provided generalist HR support across multiple locations.

Before that, Nicola worked at H J Heinz Ltd, starting as a Department Production Manager in 1995 and progressing to various HR roles, including HR & Development Manager and Training & Development Manager.

Nicola started their career as a Graduate Trainee at Northern Foods plc in 1992 and gained experience as an Assistant Production Manager and High Risk Production Manager.

Nicola Sharp attended the University of Humberside from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, majoring in operations, marketing, and finance. Nicola then went on to the University of Bedfordshire from 1997 to 2000 and obtained a Chartered CIPD in Graduate CIPD. In 2005, they also obtained the certification of Chartered MCIPD from CIPD.
