Kate Sarkissian O'Leary

Kate Sarkissian O'Leary has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kate is currently the Director of Database Growth & Marketing Operations at IANS, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, Kate worked as a Member at RevOps Co-op starting from January 2022.

In terms of their previous experience, Kate has a strong background in data operations and database management. Kate worked at Brainshark for several years, holding positions such as Director of Revenue Data Operations, Director of Data Operations, Senior Manager of Database Marketing, and Database Marketing Manager. In these roles, they developed and implemented data governance programs, established data automation strategies, and managed data quality and lead flow. Kate also collaborated with various departments to identify strategic data initiatives and improve sales productivity.

Before joining Brainshark, Kate served as a Business Development Coordinator at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., where they managed client communication, marketing materials, and CRM processes. Additionally, they worked as a Portfolio Manager Assistant at Boston Advisors, LLC, providing support to private advisory and institutional portfolio managers.

Kate's early career included a role as the Assistant Director of Girl's Lacrosse at MaxLax.

Kate Sarkissian O'Leary completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Stonehill College, studying from 2002 to 2006.
