Michele St.Laurent is the Head of Human Resources at IANS. She leads strategic planning and execution for talent acquisition, employee engagement, professional development and compensation & benefits. Michele has 25+ years of HR experience in high growth organizations. She held leadership roles at SVB Leerink, Mass Insight Education and eMaven/Perot Systems. Michele brings a depth of agency recruiting expertise and high performance from her positions at Carter MacKay and Winter Wyman. She began her career in financial services sales and marketing roles. Michele holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Providence College.
