Mark Villafuerte

Mark Villafuerte has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 at Fiserv as a Conversion/Implementation Analyst, where they oversaw the implementation process for cash management and treasury products. In 2013, they joined BNY Mellon as a Lead Analyst, assisting in the development of applications and supporting product management. Mark recently joined IAT Insurance Group in 2022 as a Senior Systems Analyst, where they identify system changes and assists in analyzing issues reported by stakeholders. Mark has demonstrated expertise in technical training, documentation, and providing feedback on product enhancements.

Mark Villafuerte earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from DeVry University in 2008. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Information Technology from DePaul University, which they completed in 2016.
