Ronny Schrötter

Ronny Schrötter began their work experience in 2002 at Universal Music Group, where they worked as a student at the Berufsakademie and later as an intern abroad. In 2005, they joined Ernst & Young as an auditing intern before becoming a staff assistant and eventually a senior auditor. In 2011, they moved to IAV, where they worked as a specialist in group accounting before being promoted to team leader and later Head of Accounting & Reporting.

Ronny Schrötter earned a Stanford LEAD Professional Certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2021-2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Diplom Betriebswirt in International Business Administration from The Berlin School of Economics and Law between 2002 and 2005.
