Ehi Obaseki is a human resource professional with over 15 years of responsible and progressive experience in diverse human resource management field garnered from ‘A-Listed’ companies where she gained both national, international and multi-glocal experience. In her current role as the Chief Human Resource Officer of IBEDC, she has helped to accelerate the company’s transformation through leadership, differentiated talent models and building a culture of engagement, agility and innovation. She is a recipient of the 2021 AfriSafe award for exemplary leadership in executing a novel enterprise-wide strategy to curb COVID-19, an honoree of the Nigeria Institute of Power Engineer (NIPE) Ibadan Chapter’s Distinguished Leadership Award and a global forerunner and thought-leader for gender equality in the Energy Sector. Ehi holds an M.Sc. degree in Human Resource Management from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Gender Equity Executive Leadership from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a Bachelors in Agric Economics from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, Nigeria.
