Kasia Suwinska

Kasia Suwinska has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Starting as an Admin and Recruitment Academy Manager at Appco Group in 2009, they progressed to become an International Project Manager. Kasia then transitioned to American Express, taking on roles such as Senior Manager in EMEA Field Enablement and Business Planning Manager. Subsequently, they joined Visa as a Sales Enablement Senior Manager before moving to BT as a Senior Business Planning & Analysis Manager. More recently, they held leadership positions at Dojo, including Head of Sales Enablement and Head of Leadership Development. Kasia is currently serving as the Head of Sales Enablement at iBanFirst.

Kasia Suwinska attended Birkbeck, University of London from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained an FD degree in Media and Business. In 2020, they also completed a certification in Building Resilience from LinkedIn.
