Renato Fernandes

Renato Fernandes is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and general management across diverse markets, currently serving as General Manager (CEO) of Cardinal Health in Brazil since June 2019. With a robust background in finance, Renato has held pivotal roles including Finance Director (CFO) for International markets covering APAC, EMEA, and LATAM, as well as for the LATAM region and Brazil. Renato’s leadership has been marked by the successful turnaround of underperforming businesses, the development of high-performing teams, and the management of complex financial structures across various organizations. Previous experience includes serving as CFO for SPAR Group in Brazil and as Senior Finance Manager for Infor in Latin America. Renato holds an MBA in Financial Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and dual Bachelor's degrees in Law and Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
