Luiz Portes is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in people and culture management. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Ibema since August 2021, Luiz previously held the position of Head de RH at Ibema from June 2020 to August 2021. Additional roles include HR Manager LATAM & Finance Business Partner at Straumann Group and HR Manager at Sysmex America, Inc. Luiz's experience extends back to positions at Groupe Renault, PepsiCo, and Trombini Embalagens S.A., showcasing a strong foundation in human resources. Luiz holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from UNICURITIBA, a specialization in Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution.
