Estrella Martin Segurado

Estrella Martin Segurado has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Estrella started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Hidroelectrica del Cantabrico in 2001 and held this role until 2007. In 2007, they joined EDP as an HR Manager but left the company in 2008 to become the Human Resources Director at EDP Renováveis. Estrella held this position for 12 years, until 2020. In 2020, they joined OW Ocean Winds as the Chief People & Organization Officer and worked in this role until 2022. Currently, Estrella Martin Segurado is the Executive Development, Global Talent and Learning Director at Iberdrola.

Estrella Martin Segurado completed their education with a Licenciatura en Psicología (Bachelor's degree in Psychology) from Universidad de Oviedo in 2001. Estrella then pursued an Executive MBA from IE Business School in 2010. Estrella recently completed the Senior Management Program from IE Business School in 2019.
