Samuel Rice

Samuel Rice is a skilled Journeyman Electrician with experience working at OEG, Inc. and Rosendin. Samuel is also an Inside Wireman at IBEW Local 48. Samuel received their Associates degree from Portland Community College and has completed training at the NECA IBEW Training Center.
