Jim Ferrato

Jim Ferrato is the current Chief Information Officer at ibex. Prior to this, they held the same position at iPacesetters, LLC from September 2014 to December 2015. Jim has also previously served as CIO at ACCENT Marketing from November 2011 to September 2014, and as Senior Vice President - CIO at Protocol Global Solutions from March 2006 to November 2011. Additionally, Jim has experience as Vice President, Professional Services at Aspect Communications from January 2003 to December 2005, and as Vice President - CIO at Stream International from January 1998 to December 2003.

Jim Ferrato pursued a bachelor's degree in business administration at the University of Rhode Island. Jim then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Boston University's Graduate School of Management.

Jim Ferrato reports to Bob Dechant, CEO. They work with Julie Casteel - Chief Marketing Officer & Chief Strategic Accounts Officer, Bruce Dawson - Chief Sales & Client Services Officer, and David Afdahl - COO.
