Matthew W. has held a variety of roles in the past few years. In 2019, they were a Sales Associate at JCPenney and a Legislative Intern at the Office of New Jersey's 11th Legislative District. In 2021, they became a Global Scholars Fellow at the Global Livingston Institute and an International Affairs Intern at IDEAS For Us. Currently, they are a Project Associate at IBI - International Business Initiatives.

Matthew W. attended Biotechnology High School from 2014 to 2018 and earned a High School Diploma and an IB Diploma Programme. From 2018 to 2021, they attended Rollins College and obtained an Honors Bachelor of Arts (ABH) in International Relations. In 2020, they participated in a Study Abroad Program at Universidad de Belgrano, focusing on Argentine and Latin American Studies.
