Tomer Barak Mizrahi

Tomer Barak Mizrahi is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel at IBI Investment House Ltd since June 2021. Prior to this role, Tomer worked at Barnea Jaffa Lande as a Capital Market Associate, representing public companies in corporate and securities law matters. Tomer began the journey at Barnea Jaffa Lande as a Capital Market Intern, and also served as a Legal Assistant at the Lod District Court, focusing on class actions. Additional experience includes managing office operations at Coral Group, assisting attorneys in a Private Law Office, and holding the rank of lieutenant in operational and intelligence roles in the Israeli Air Force. Tomer holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and Financial Risk Management from Reichman University.
