Cai Lin Gwee

Cai Lin Gwee is a seasoned Principal Consultant at IBIS Consulting, specializing in sustainable finance and ESG advisory since April 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant and Acting Lead for the Environmental Team at Advisian, where project management of multimillion-dollar environmental initiatives was key. Additional experience as a Senior Consultant at Ramboll involved environmental assessments and compliance support. Cai Lin Gwee was also selected as a Global Talent for the UNLEASH Innovation Lab, focusing on solutions for the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Earlier roles include an internship with the UN Environment Programme and serving as a Senior Engineer at the Housing & Development Board in Singapore. Educational credentials include dual Master’s degrees in Environmental Sciences from the University of Copenhagen and the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
