Armando Garza

Armando Garza is a seasoned User Experience Design Lead at IBM, specializing in enterprise software frameworks for business process management since March 2020. Previously, Armando served as a Senior Interaction Designer at Cisco from 2013 to March 2020, where key achievements included the architectural planning of an ecommerce website and significant improvements in online purchase conversions. Prior experience includes independent consulting in internet marketing and design, along with roles at Meriwest Credit Union and the San Jose Redevelopment Agency, focusing on online customer experiences and marketing campaigns. Armando holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design Studies with a Graphic Design emphasis from San Jose State University and has furthered knowledge through multiple Stanford HCI Coursera courses.
