Jill Amaya

Jill Amaya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content management and technical writing, currently serving as a Content Initiative Manager at IBM since May 1997. In this role, Jill collaborates with authors to produce original and well-structured content focused on emerging web technologies and open source projects associated with IBM. Previously, as a Technical Writer, Jill coordinated information development for Retail Store Solutions products and organized customer events. Prior to IBM, Jill worked as an Editorial Assistant at Sykes Enterprises Inc., managing technical document development and production projects. Jill holds an Associate of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from St. Petersburg College and a B.A. in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida.
