Karen Frank

Associate Partner, Transformation and Organizational Change Management at IBM

Karen Frank serves as an Associate Partner in Transformation and Organizational Change Management at IBM since March 2019, where responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives for organizational growth and operational efficiency across a large workforce. Prior to this role, Karen spent over a decade at PwC, first as Global Change Management Director, developing change management capabilities globally, and later as Change Management Director, where focus was on driving transformational projects and building change capacity. Additional experience includes consultancy roles specializing in organizational development and human resources, as well as an internship focused on operational support in healthcare. Karen holds an M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a B.S. in Psychology from Syracuse University.
