Kher Tean Chen

Kher Tean Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and industry leadership. Currently serving as Managing Partner for IBM Consulting in the Greater China Group since May 2022, Kher Tean Chen previously held multiple senior roles at Accenture from October 1997 to May 2022, including Country Managing Director for Indonesia and Managing Director for Product Industries, leading various client services across sectors such as Retail, Life Sciences, and Automotive in Greater China. Kher Tean Chen also contributed significantly to life sciences and consumer goods industry strategies, having been based in both Shanghai and Singapore during tenure at Accenture. Kher Tean Chen began a career at Tanjong plc as a Management Trainee and holds a degree from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
