Tom Schaeffler

Tom Schaeffler has held multiple positions in the past 13 years. Tom began their career as a Student Athlete- Men's Varsity Soccer at the University of Maryland in 2008. In 2012, they became a Business Development Executive at Vorsight, where they partnered with clients to schedule high-quality meetings to kickstart the sales process and ultimately transition the sales opportunity to the client. In 2013, Tom became a Branch Manager at Randstad, providing businesses with dedicated office staffing consultants. Tom then moved on to R2 Logistics as a Staffing Consultant in 2014, followed by One Call as a Manager, Talent Acquisition and Senior Technical Recruiter in 2016. In 2019, Tom became a Sr. Business Development Executive at Interactive Resources - iR. In 2020, they became the National Sales Director at iBrain Technologies, Inc, a Certified Minority Business Enterprise (CMBE) IT Consulting and Service delivery company. Most recently, in 2021, Tom became the Manager, Talent Acquisition and Strategy at Insurance Office of America, where they are building the premier talent acquisition team in the Insurance and InsurTech industries on a foundation of innovation and inclusivity.

Tom Schaeffler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, General from the University of Maryland. Tom also holds a certification from LinkedIn called "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" which they obtained in January 2021.
