Nicole Lozano

Nicole joined IBTX in 2010 where she worked in the Commercial Insurance department, in addition to her service role she assisted in developing agency resources and tools within the Commercial, Safety, Claims and Human Resources departments.

In 2015 she earned her Group Life & Health license and joined the Benefits department as an Employee Benefits consultant. She would accept the position of Director of Health & Benefits 3 years later, where she restructured the Benefits department to better support the needs of both their clients and staff with a focus on streamlining, technology and management. Nicole now holds the title of Director of Operations, Client Relations where she actively oversees agency initiatives and perfecting the IBTX client experience.
