Randy Spradlin

Randy Spradlin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Randy started their career at Heritage Funding Group, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer from 2003 to 2005. Randy then joined Westlake Financial Services as a Regional Manager from 2005 to 2009. Following this, Randy joined MarkOne Financial as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where they worked from 2009 to 2015. In 2015, Randy founded SellYourBulk.com and served as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer until it was acquired by defi SOLUTIONS in January 2017. Randy continued working with defi SOLUTIONS as the Director of Product Management from 2018 to 2019 and then as the Chief Revenue Officer from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, Randy took on the role of Vice President and Head of Operations at iBusiness Funding and Knight Capital Funding.

Randy Spradlin obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business / Sales Management from Western Governors University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Randy also has multiple certifications, including "Advocating for Change in Your Organization," "Become a Chief of Staff with Brian Rumao," "Building Accountability into Your Culture," "Creating a Culture of Change," "Operational Excellence Foundations," "Operations Management Foundations," "Online Marketing Foundations," "Computer Science Principles: Programming," "Learning SQL Programming," "Metrics for Product Managers," "Programming Foundations: Fundamentals," "SQL Essential Training (2014)," "Technology for Product Managers," and "Transitioning to Product Management" obtained from LinkedIn in August 2018. In addition, they obtained the "Action Selling" certification in December 2017 from Action Selling, the "CompTIA Project+" certification in December 2017 from CompTIA, the "Certified Sales Executive" certification in November 2017 from SMEI - Sales & Marketing Executives International, Inc., and the "P&C 220 General Lines Licensed Insurance Agent" certification in November 2001 from the Florida Department of Financial Services.
