Rene Ventura is the Head of Technology and Security for iBusiness Funding, a Florida-based financial services technology company that focuses on working capital products. Founded in 2013, iBusiness Funding's software, technology, and process enable it to support loans from $10,000 to $5 million. Its technology solutions have been proven to quickly scale its clients’ portfolios without the overhead. Its self-service lending origination software, LenderAI, boasts no implementation fees, free and instant setup, a digital borrower application, and documentation.

Ventura has over a decade of experience in a variety of industries. Before joining iBusiness, he served as the Director of IT for Dataremote Inc, a company that specializes in IoT solutions, traditional phone-line replacement, wireless M2M data connectivity, and fleet tracking solutions. While promoting compliance, privacy, and security by design, Mr. Ventura has helped many organizations to successfully meet audit requirements for HIPAA, SOC 2, SOX, HITRUST, ISO 27001, and the FBI's CJIS.
