Masaharu Shimoya

Masaharu Shimoya is an experienced professional in customs and consultancy, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at IC Net Limited since July 2015. Prior to this role, Masaharu held the position of Special Customs Inspector (PCA) at Osaka Customs within the Ministry of Finance from July 2013 to June 2015. Masaharu also worked with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) from July 2007 to July 2013, where responsibilities included serving as Chief Advisor for both the Customs Project in East Africa and the PCIS Project in the Philippines.
