George Siekielski

George joined ICA’s Newport Beach, CA office in 2019 as a Consultant has been in management and consulting positions with a national broker and developed expertise in many areas with a high-level focus on real estate property development and management as well as the automobile dealership industries.

George’s experience in the property and casualty industry includes contracts, Memorandums of Understanding, certificates of insurance, claims administration, and loss control initiatives. He also created Emergency Response Plans, OSHA, and safety training regimens assuring EPA compliance. George was a Dealer Insurance Specialist for General Motors (GMAC) and Chrysler in the south. He also worked as a Risk Manager for a large multi-location auto dealer that employed in excess of 1000 employees where he developed Risk, Loss Control, and Claims Administration programs. Prior to these positions, his industry experience included Software, Independent Power Producers, and Energy Industry firms. Through all of his experience, George has developed an extremely holistic view of risk management.

George graduated from Widener University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and from Pace University with a Master’s in Business Administration. He also earned a Chartered Property and Casualty designation and Associate Risk Management designation from the Institutes Risk Insurance Knowledge Group, evidencing his commitment to professional growth and lifelong pursuit of education.
