Gary Hu

Gary Hu has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Gary started their career as an Analyst at Stockbridge Investors from August 2010 to July 2012. Gary then joined Silver Point Capital, L.P. as an Analyst and worked there for eight years, from August 2012 to June 2020.

In 2021, Gary became a Board Member at both Cloudera and Occidental. Their tenure at Cloudera lasted from January 2021 to October 2021, while they served on the Occidental board from February 2021 to March 2022.

In 2022, Gary continued their board memberships, this time at Dana Incorporated and Bausch + Lomb. Gary joined Dana Incorporated in January 2022 and remained a board member there. Similarly, they started their tenure as a board member at Bausch + Lomb in June 2022.

In 2023, Gary added two more board memberships to their portfolio. Gary joined IFF as a board member in February 2023 and became a board member at Newell Brands in May 2023.

Lastly, in October 2020, Gary took on the role of Portfolio Manager at Icahn Enterprises, where they continue to work.

Gary Hu attended the University of Pennsylvania from 2006 to 2010, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Gary also pursued a second Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting at The Wharton School during the same time period.
