Mario Rizk

Mario Rizk serves as a Clinical Research Coordinator in the Department of Cardiology at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai since July 2024, working on Dr. Valentin Fuster's Prevent Coronary Artery Disease Trial (PRECAD). Prior experience includes leadership roles as a Young Leader at Women Deliver, an SDGs Advocate with the United Nations, and the President of the Rotaract Club of Newgiza. Mario Rizk has also represented the Arab Youth Platform for Sustainable Development at the League of Arab States and held various positions at Newgiza University, including Student Union President and Student Mentor. Additional contributions include volunteering at the Ibrahim A. Badran Charitable Foundation and serving as a delegate at the United Nations Economic and Social Youth Forum. Education culminated in a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Newgiza University in 2023.
