Cassandra Wightman, CMP, has a diverse range of work experience in event management and marketing. Cassandra is currently serving as the SVP, Head of Global Events and Sponsorships at iCapital Network. Prior to this, they worked at BNY Mellon as the Global Head of Events and Sponsorships for Asset Servicing and as the Director, Head of North America Events Marketing for Investment Management. Before joining BNY Mellon, Cassandra held the position of Vice President, Senior Events Manager at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Cassandra also gained valuable experience at Deutsche Asset Management as a Vice President, Senior Events Manager, where they had responsibilities for negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and collaborating with various teams to develop marketing materials. Earlier in their career, Cassandra worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Audemars Piguet, an Assistant Manager at Dressel Divers in Mexico, a Dive Master at Reef Safari/Prosail Dive in Australia, and as a Field Marketing Specialist at Carlson Marketing Group. Cassandra'sresponsibilities at these positions included event planning, sales, public relations, and customer service. Cassandra has consistently demonstrated their ability to successfully manage and execute events, develop marketing strategies, and build strong client relationships.

Cassandra Wightman, CMP has a solid educational background in business administration, marketing, and event management. Cassandra began their education at the Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. During their time at the university from 1995 to 2000, they focused on marketing, general business, and Spanish as their field of study. As part of their Spanish studies, Cassandra also participated in a study abroad program at the Universitat d'Alacant in 2000. Additionally, they gained international experience by studying at the University of Valencia in 1998. Later in their career, Cassandra pursued further professional development by obtaining a certification in Meeting, Conference, and Event Management from New York University in 2010.
