Jenny Lee Gabbai

Jenny Lee Gabbai has a diverse work experience, starting as a Legal Intern at the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission in 2011. Jenny Lee then worked as a Summer Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in the same year. In 2012, they interned at the Southern District of New York under the Honorable Richard J. Sullivan. Jenny Lee joined Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP as an Associate in September 2012 and remained in this role until March 2016. Following that, they worked at Brookfield Asset Management, first as a Legal Counsel from March 2016 to March 2018, and later as a Vice President from March 2018 to May 2021. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Vice President, International Legal Counsel at iCapital since August 2021, and as of February 2023, they have been promoted to the role of Managing Director.

Jenny Lee Gabbai has a Juris Doctor degree (summa cum laude) from Brooklyn Law School. Jenny Lee also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Business from Villanova University.
