Marcy D'Amore

Marcy D'Amore has diverse experience in the field of information technology. Marcy is currently working as the Vice President of Technology at iCapital Network, where they manage the Global Service Desk team and collaborates with internal partners to implement new technologies. Marcy also prepares reports and leads project management assignments.

Prior to their current role, Marcy worked as an Information Technology Manager at Hi! Tech, where they managed procurement, inventory, and surplus of technology equipment.

Marcy also worked at KPMG US as a Senior Associate, specializing in Security Monitoring and Response. In this role, Marcy investigated cyber security incidents and threats, communicated incident response actions to management, and generated reports for senior leadership. Marcy also provided evidence for external audits and enhanced incident response methods. Before their senior associate role, they worked as an Associate in the same department and as a Senior Associate in Technical Support.

Marcy'searlier experience includes roles as a PC/LAN Administrator at Express Scripts, a Senior Support Engineer at Northstar Travel Media, and a Senior Support Specialist at Church Pension Group.

Throughout their career, Marcy has shown expertise in managing technology resources, analyzing security incidents, and providing technical support.

Marcy D'Amore completed their education at the Community College of Morris from 1997 to 1998, where they studied liberal arts. Marcy then attended the Computer Learning Centers, LLC from 1999 to 2000, where they obtained a degree in Computer/IT Administration and specialized in Computer Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Marcy D'Amore has obtained various certifications. In 2019, they earned the GSEC certification from the SANS Institute. In 2017, they obtained the ProofPoint Accredited Administrator certification from Proofpoint, as well as the CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist – CSIS Stackable Certification and CompTIA Security+ certifications from CompTIA.

Marcy has also obtained several certifications from Splunk, including Splunk 7.x Fundamentals Part 1 and Splunk User Behavior Analytics in February 2020. Furthermore, they acquired the Mosyle Certified Admin certification from Mosyle Corporation and the Product Professional certification from Jamf in October 2020.

Additionally, Marcy D'Amore holds the CompTIA IT Operations Specialist – CIOS Stackable Certification from CompTIA, which they obtained in October 2000. Marcy also has the A+, MCP Microsoft Certified Professional, and Network+ certifications, although the exact dates of attainment for these certifications are unknown.
