Emma Donatelli

Emma Donatelli is a Design Engineer at Icarus Medical Innovations, with prior experience as a Biomedical Intern and Design Engineering Intern at the same company. Emma served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Virginia, supporting courses in Calculus and Probability & Statistics, and worked as a Research Assistant at the Exercise and Sports Injury Lab, focusing on foot strength and balance evaluations. Emma has also held Quality Assurance Engineer positions at Microaire Surgical Instruments, overseeing device documentation and usability testing. Earlier, Emma contributed to the development of a seizure-aborting medical device as a Medical Device Researcher at Kirstein Ideas. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Virginia and is currently pursuing a Master's in Medical Product Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh.
