Lindsay West

Lindsay West has a diverse work experience in the legal and corporate affairs field. Lindsay started their career as an Articles and Professional Assistant at De Rooy Brodziak Attorneys from February 2001 to April 2008. Lindsay then joined Paycorp Holdings in April 2008 and held various roles including Head Group Legal, Commercial Manager, and Company Secretary until April 2017. At Paycorp Holdings, they were responsible for drafting contracts, negotiating deals, and handling mergers and acquisitions. In April 2017, Lindsay joined ICAS Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd as the Head of Corporate and Legal Affairs, as well as Chief Risk Officer, a position they held until March 2023. Their role involved overseeing legal affairs and managing risks. Since March 2020, Lindsay has been working at ICAS World, a Lyra Health company, where they served as the Divisional Director for Corporate and Legal Affairs, Finance, HR, and Compliance. Lindsay was also the Director responsible for Group Corporate Services and Global Partnerships. In February 2023, they were promoted to the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at ICAS World.

Lindsay West completed their education at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Lindsay obtained a BComm degree in General BComm, which they completed in the year 2000. Lindsay continued their education at the same university and earned a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree, which they completed around 2010. Prior to their university education, Lindsay West attended Edgemead High School from 1992 to 1996.
